Virtual threads have limited benefits for CPU-bound tasks.
While virtual threads are superior for I/O-bound tasks due to their efficient handling of blocking operations, they offer no inherent advantage for CPU-bound tasks. CPU-bound operations are limited by the number of CPU cores, regardless of the number of threads. In such cases, traditional thread management or parallel streams may be more suitable, as the lightweight nature of virtual threads doesn't provide a performance boost when the bottleneck is CPU processing power.
